Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your My Account page.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to receive service through the remainder of the paid period.
- No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account
- Select your active subscription
- Choose Cancel (labeled “Abandon” in the account dashboard)
Service After Cancellation
Service will stop after the current billing period ends.
